Our Cancellation Policy is applicable where a registration has been made to attend one of our upcoming events. The policy is applied in all instances regardless of the method used to perform the registration.

• All IBG members and non-members who have registered for an event but do not notify the IBG of their cancellation 48 hours prior to any event organized by the IBG will be charged the full fee.
• All IBG members and non-members who have already paid their registration fee but do not show up at the event and have not given notice of their cancellation 48 hours prior to the event will not have their registration fee reimbursed.
• Cancellations for all online credit card payments made 48 hours prior to the event, will incur an AED 75 cancellation fee per reservation.
